Buy 6 of the 36. Pay for 6.
The 36-pack at the warehouse has the lowest per-bottle price in town. Nobody in a one-bedroom wants 36 bottles. CoCart lets you take six at the 36-pack price and lets five neighbors take the rest. Bulk pricing without the bulk.
No membership. No markup. No delivery fee.
The Fetcher carries the warehouse card, so you never buy one. You pay the shelf price per unit for your share, plus a flat $1.25 fee per order. Delivery apps mark up the item, then add a service fee, a delivery fee, a tip, and a monthly pass. CoCart adds $1.25. That's the whole list.
Drive for CoCart. Set your own price.
Fetchers are verified shoppers who make the Costco, Sam's Club or BJ's run for their building. You set your delivery fee and your schedule, stack every order from a building into one trip, and keep 80% of your service fee plus 100% of tips. Paid through Stripe, straight to your bank.

One Fetcher shops. The whole building saves.
A Fetcher is a verified neighbor with a warehouse membership. One run, one cart, one checkout. Everyone in the building claims a share of the bulk items, pays only for their part, and picks up downstairs. Here's the whole thing:
- A Fetcher posts a run with a pickup time at your building
- You claim your share: six of the 36-pack, half the case of chicken
- Pick up in the lobby, or have it brought to your door for a small extra fee

Bring CoCart to your building.
For property managers and residents alike:
A free perk for apartment communities. The building provides a pickup spot and one announcement; CoCart provides the Fetchers, payments, pricing and support. Residents who sign up get a personal QR code and earn $0.25 on every order from every neighbor who joins through it, for as long as they keep ordering.
- No cost to the building, no staff time, nothing to install
- Residents save on groceries every week, and the building gets the credit
- Post your QR code by the mailboxes and get paid when neighbors order
- Property managers: email rodney@cocartapp.com or call (310) 594-9775

Watch the savings add up.
Every order shows what you paid vs. retail
The Savings Dashboard compares each run to the retail price for the same items, so you always know what CoCart is worth to you:
- Amount saved on every order, every run
- Monthly totals and a running yearly projection
- Cost per item vs. the supermarket shelf
An example month
A household that puts $150 a month through CoCart and saves 28%, like the dashboard above:
- About $42 kept every month
- About $500 kept over a year
- Plus the $65 warehouse membership they never had to buy
- Your number shows in the app after your first run
FAQs
Everything a first-time Sharer asks
Which stores does CoCart shop at?
Costco, Sam's Club, and BJ's today. More retailers are coming as we grow.
Do I need a warehouse membership?
No. The Fetcher carries the membership. You pay the warehouse shelf price for your share and never buy a card.
How is my price set?
From the real shelf tag. A 36-pack priced at $37.08 is $1.03 per bottle, so six bottles are $6.18. You see the per-unit price before you claim a share.
What does CoCart cost?
A flat $1.25 fee per order plus the Fetcher's posted delivery fee, which you see before you pay. No membership, no markup, no surprise charges at checkout.
Who are Fetchers?
Verified shoppers who apply in the app, upload ID and pass a review before they can post a run. Most are neighbors in the buildings they serve.
How do I get my order?
Pick it up at your building's lobby, package room or clubhouse at the time posted on the run. Door delivery is available when the Fetcher offers it, for a small extra fee.
Is my payment safe?
Yes. Payments run through Stripe, the same processor used by major retailers. CoCart never sees your card number.
Is CoCart available in my city?
CoCart is live in the Los Angeles area and is opening new buildings every week. Download the app to see runs near you, or bring it to your building with your QR code.
